The Convict is the titular antagonist of Pico vs. Convict, a Pico Day submission created by Luis. He is a mysterious “fearmonger-er” who has the ability to physically shapeshift into anyone and anything he chooses.
Aside from his debut, he also appears as a playable character in Newgrounds Rumble & Strike Force Heroes: Extraction.
