This mod is based on “An Ordinary Sonic ROM Hack” for Sega Genesis. It even takes the mechanics from that Rom hack and applies it to Friday Night Funkin. The plot of An Ordinary Sonic ROM Hack is the same as the Sonic 1 game but with a twist. When you startup
the Rom Hack, it plays normally until 12.5 seconds later the game will transport
you to Sonic.Exe’s world. You have a limited amount of time to find a monitor and leave the world or else
Sonic.exe gets you and you’ll receive a game over.
I tried to see what would happen if I don’t collect a monitor, but all it does is drain your health with or without any rings, but I don’t seem to get any special game over from doing that. I’ll keep on playing the mod to see if there are any hidden secrets, if there are I’ll upload the video as unlisted, but you can access it through the playlist.
