He didn’t spin to time travel in the past, that was a joke. He actually build a time machine but took a wrong turn. The first level is based on “An Ordinary Sonic ROM Hack” for Sega Genesis, but this time normal tails time travel back in time to uncover the truths. The second level is based on the popular creepy animation which just shows tails spinning upside down all creepy created by hotdiggedydemon which can be found here:
